Chicken and veggies in a miso sauce. Chicken and veggies in a miso sauce.
Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast frozen, 17 oz cut into bite sized pieces
    Sake, 1 Tbs
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 6 grams (2 cloves) minced
    Onions 140 grams minced
    Bell Peppers, 875 grams (3 Large) cut into strips
    Mushrooms, fresh, 130 grams sliced
    Miso - akamiso, 36 grams (2 Tbs)
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Sake,1 Tbs
    Sugar 2 tsp, 8 gram
    Salt, 1/8 tsp


Mix chicken with sake and soy sauce. Marinate for 10 min. Mix ingredients for sauce together. Fry onion and garlic for a few minutes. (I use nonstick pan so I don't use oil.) Add chicken. Fry till chicken is cooked through. Add bell pepper and mushroom cook till soft. Add sauce, mix well, remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
