    1 lb lean ground turkey
    small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 skim shredded mozzarella cheese
    6 lasagna noodles, dry
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


In a skillet on medium heat brown turkey with onion and garlic until brown. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, oregano, and basil and simmer 5 minutes. In medium bowl stir together ricotta cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella. In a crockpot layer as followes:
Beef mixture
3 lasagna noodles, halved
cheese mix
Repeat, ending with remaining beef mixture. Slow cook on low for 4-6 hours (4 hours for regular noodles, 5-6 for whole wheat noodles). Any longer the noodles get soggy. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
