    1/2 C Couscous (dry)

    1 C Parsley fresh
    2 small onions

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsn lemon juice
    salt, pepper & cumin - to taste


Prep the couscous
Chop finely the parsley and onion (food processor)
Mix all together. Serve cold as a meal or as a side dish.
