    Lightlife Smart ground, meatless veggie protein crumbles, 340 grams (1pkg)
    Onions, 1 small chopped
    1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
    Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Tomato Sauce, 8 oz can
    Garlic, 1 clove , minced
    Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp
    1 tsp Red Wine, Balsamic, or Sherry Vinegar


Saute vegetables with meat. Add seasoning, brown sugar, and worchestershire. Add Tomato Sauce and heat through.
I left buns out of the recipe because they are all so different, and I just skip them generally.
