1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 packet sucralose sweetener
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp. whipped topping (non dairy)
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Directions

Combine the yogurt with the unsweetened cocoa powder and blend until smooth. Stir in Spenda and vanilla extract. Gently fold in Cool Whip, then raspberries. Makes 1 serving. Chill or freeze. Great treat for low carb diets. If you prefer to lower the fat content of the recipe, use lowfat or nonfat yogurt and lowfat or fat free whipped topping instead. However doing so will bring up the carbohydrate content.
