    1 lb ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1 cup cooked stop top stuffing
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1 tbsp italian season
    1/2 cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix ground turkey, egg whites, stuffing, onion and italian seasoning in large bowl. Be sure to mix well...

Form meat into a loaf shape OR place in a loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

After 40 minutes, add ketchup to top of loaf and bake an additional 20 minutes.

Serve with ketchup on the side (kids love to dip)
