Ingredients

    1 Mission Carb Balance Medium Flour Tortilla
    2T Spaghetti sauce
    1/8c chopped onion
    4 chunks pineapple, cut into small pieces or several tidbits
    1/3 c Shredded pizza cheese

Directions

Set oven on 350 to preheat. Toast one side of tortilla for a couple of minutes or until lightly browned. Turn over and top with remaining ingredients in order shown. Put back in oven until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
