Introduction

Ingredients

    2 can Chickpeas
    2 cloves Garlic
    2 1/2 Tbsp Tahini
    1/4C Lemon Juice

Directions

make 4 - 1/2C servings

1) Drain chickpeas reserve 1/4C of liquid and set aside.
2) Mince garlic in food processor. Add chickpeas with 1/4C liquid, tahini and lemon juice. Blend until smooth (approx 3 minutes)
3) Move to serving bowl and serve chilled
