    20 fresh jalapeno peppers cut in half, seeds taken out, and rinsed
    1 lb of Turkey sausage
    1 lb of Lean Ground Turkey
    8 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese softened
    1 cup of shredded low fat cheddar or colby cheese
    1 jalapeno pepper chopped up in small pieces


Brown Turkey sausage and Lean ground Turkey. Drain off excess fat and set aside to cool. When meat is cool, mix with softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chopped up pepper. Mix good. Let sit for 1 to 2 hours in refridgerator or overnight.

Before serving, heat up in microwave until warm. Mix well and serve next to halved peppers. Your guests will love making their own stuffed peppers.
