Ingredients

    1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4 green onions chopped
    3 oz. Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 T. dried dill weed

    Lightly salt and pepper cucumber to taste in small bowl, toss. Chill 1 hour. Drain cucumber, dry on paper towel. Return cucumbers to bowl and add onions, set aside.
    Place cream cheese, yogurt and dill in food processor or blender. process until smooth.
    Stir into cucumber mixture. Put in serving dish and chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve with fresh vegetables
