Ingredients

    Crescent Rolls- Reduced fat, 1 serving
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Press crescent roll into bottom of individual foil pan. Saute onions, peppers, and ham. Layer hashbrowns on top of crescent roll, then ham and onions and peppers. Add Egg substitute over the top. Then top with .5 oz shredded cheese and fat free shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until top is browned or middle is firm.
