    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 t. baking powder
    1/4 t. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. blueberries


1. preheat oven to 400
2. mix dry ingredients in one bowl
3. mix wet ingredients in a second bowl
4. add wet ingredients to dry, stir only enough to make dough (it will be lumpy)
5. stir in blueberries
6. bake for 20 minutes
