    2 cups of crushed French Fried Onions
    2 Chicken Thigh
    2 Chicken Drumstick,
    4 Chicken Breast, with skin,
    1 large egg
    2 tbs of Flour
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


crush the french fied onions in a zip lock baggie. Wash the chicken off and dip in the beaten egg then put it in the baggie and coat. Place in a baking dish and place in a pre-heated 400 degree oven. Cook for 35 minutes or until the juices run clear. Will make 8 severings
