    Veggie Rotini - 16oz
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 carrotts, sliced
    1 can of mushrooms (1 cup)
    2 cups chopped red cabbage
    Chicken Bouillon or broth (6 cups)


Chop all ingredients, boil carrots, onions and chicken in 6 cups of chicken broth (made from bouillon or canned) until chicken is cooked through. Add rotini, mushrooms, and cabbage. Cook until rotini is of desired tenderness.

Makes approximately 6 2-cup servings
