    Mushrooms, fresh,
    Brown Rice,
    Chicken Breast,
    Olive Oil,
    Spinach, frozen,


place olive oil in pan heat add mushrooms and cook till just tender then add chicken and spinach add 1.5 cups of water simmer till hot
drain of liquid and measure to 1 cup place back in pan with out the chicken mixture use reserved liquid to make your rice just before completion of rice add chicken mix cover and let sit 5 to 10 minutes
