Ingredients

    1lb grd chuck
    1 sm onion chopped
    1.4 c bread crumbs, plain,or seasoned
    1 large egg
    pepper and seasoning
    1/2 cup of bell pepper
    1/2 cup of carrots

Directions

mix all together. place on a sprayed baking sheet and baked on 375 oven until no longer pink pour tomatoe sauce over it and bake. 30 - 45
