Ingredients

    4 chicken breast halves
    Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
    mushrooms, canned - 4 oz., or fresh, sliced
    green beans, canned
    1/4 c. chopped or sliced onion
    2 stalks celery, chopped or sliced
    2 oz. diced ham or canadian bacon
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. water (I used mushroom juice)
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

Layer ham, celery, onion, mushrooms,green beans, and water in the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken breast on top of vegetables. Mix flour, chicken bouillon, poultry seasoning, parsley, soup, and parmesan cheese. Spoon over top of chicken. Do not stir. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or on low 6-8 hours.
