    1/2 peeled avocado
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup soymilk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbs. Baking powder


mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. cut in avocado, mix in soy milk.

drop in soup or stew and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium low. Or drop on baking sheet and bake at 350F for 15 minutes

makes 5 biscuits or dumplings.
