    Roasted Chicken, 1 chicken, shredded bone and skin removed
    Chicken Broth, 2 can
    Vegetable Broth, 3 can
    Celery, raw, 6 stalk, medium
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium
    Leeks, 2 leek
    Thai Style Rice Noodles, 4 oz
    Pepper, white, .5 tsp
    Sea Salt, 0.5 tsp


Peel and chop vegetables place in crock pot with broth salt and pepper for 6 hours on low After 6 hours add shreadded chicken and noodles cook another hour or tow as needed and serve with sweet and hot thai chili sauce per taste. About 2 cups per serving
