    4 Baked Red Potatoes (with Skin)
    4 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 tsp. seasoning (Can use any seasoning!)


Using left over baked potatoes, take a small, but sturdy plate and smash to 1/2 - 1" thickness. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 400 for 30 minutes.

**I usually bake a bunch of potatoes and store them in the refridgerator for later use!
