    1 tbs olive oil
    1 leek whilte part only cliced
    2 peaches diced
    2 tbs red wine vinegar
    2 tbs brown sugar
    1/2 c orange juice


heat oil in pan add leek cook 2-3 mins over (M) until soft add peaches, vinegar, sugar and wine and bring to a boil reduce the heat and simmer until peaches are soft and mixture is syrupy about 15-20 mins. Keep warm or refrigerate in a container
