    - 2 cups 2-inch jicama sticks
    - 2 cups mandarin orange slices
    - cup Kraft Light Done Right Raspberry Vinaigrette
    - 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
    - 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


Mix all ingredients and cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Yield: 5 servings
