    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3/4 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Apples, fresh, 3 cup slices
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp


Add all dry ingredients to the combined wet ingredients. Add apple slices and nuts. Mixture will be thick. Bake in greased and floured 13 X 9 pan. Cut into 15 pieces
