Introduction

Ingredients

    (2) 7 oz cans of salmon
    1/3 cup frozen corn
    2 stalks diced celery
    1 tsp dried dill
    2 tbsp mayo
    10 Saltines
    2 egg whites

Directions

mix all ingredients softly. I use icecream scooper for size makes 8 cakes cook approx 3 1/2 min on each side. serve with an green veggie and/or salad. Enjoy!
