    *FISH - Mahi Mahi, 4 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .25 cup


sear mahi mahi in olive oil, add garlic, salt, and pepper - about 4minutes on each side.

Microwave sauce for 1 minute...then plate!
