    Ground beef, extra lean, 1 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 large (diced small)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 bag
    Salsa, 2 cups
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp or to taste


- In pan on stove top, saute onions and ground beef until both are cooked through.
- Put cooked onions and beef in crockpot. Add all other ingredients.
- Cook, uncovered, for at least a half hour.
- For best results, cover and cook for at least 1 more hour.
- For an extra treat, serve with sour cream and shredded cheese
