Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    2 stalks Celery, cooked
    2 clove Garlic
    1.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    0.50 cup Honey
    12 oz Boca Meatless Ground Burger
    28 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    Two 15 oz cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    Tuttorosso Tomato Puree (No Salt) 28 oz
    28 oz Hunts Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    6 oz Sliced Jalapeno Peppers

Tips

Flavor develops with time -- best made the day before and refrigerated overnight.


Directions

Heat oil on stovetop in large dutch oven. Add raw vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft -- about 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat,
cover and simmer 60 minutes. Makes approximately 20 one cup servings.
