Introduction

Created while on consecration because we could eat no meat! It's actually very good! Created while on consecration because we could eat no meat! It's actually very good!

Ingredients

    1 can of Kidney Beans - Light or Dark Red
    1 can diced Tomatoes - undrained
    1 1/2 cups Veggie Crumbles
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    Garlic Powder, Onion powder, Chili Powder, Cumin - to taste or you can use ready made chili seasoning packets.


Directions

Put all ingredients in pot and cook, on medium to low heat until your beans reach desired tenderness. That's it! Enjoy!
