    4 boneless chicken breast either cut up in cubes or strips
    2 cups white rice
    can of cream of mushroom soup
    can of cream of chicken soup
    can of french onion soup
    1 cup shredded cheese


mix the rice, soups all together and pour into 9x13 pan
lay chicken on top or if you cubed them mix in the rice mixture
sprinkle cheese over top.
baked cover 350 for 45 minutes.

  • This sounds easy and tasty-I'll have to work on lowering the sodium. Even with low salt soup it will still be too high for me - 1/27/11
