    3 Cups Cold Milk
    2 pkgs. (4 serving size) White Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding (or vanilla or cheesecake)
    1 tub 8. oz Cool Whip, thawed in refridgerator
    1 Large Angle Food Cake
    4 cups Fresh Fruit (a combination of berries), or frozen fruit


Pour Milk into Large Mixing Bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and add Cool Whip, stirring gently.
Cut angel food cake into bite sized pieces.
Wash and Slice Fresh Fruit or thaw frozen fruit.
Arrange 1/2 the angel food cake in the bottom of a glass bowl (or trifle bowl).
Pour 1/2 the pudding mixture over the cake. Layer 1/2 the fruit over the pudding. Repeat layers. Chill for at least one hour.
Makes about 8 1-cup Servings

  • I left out the chocolate sugar--no need for it. Used 1% milk and regular pudding, since I've given up artificial sweeteners. YUM! - 3/19/08
