    2 pc. Canadian Bacon
    1 Onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper,chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 sm cans tomaoe sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp hot-pepper suace
    1 lb med shrimp, peeled & deveined (or sea scallops)


Cook Canadian Bacon until crisp, remove & cut up into small pieces when cooled

Cook onion, bell pepper & celery in bacon drippings for 5 min. or until tender
Stir in garlic, cook 1min.
Add tomatoe sauce & Heat to boiling Simmer on low for 20 min.
Add shrimp & bacon to pot & cook for 5 min or until shrimp nolonger pink.
Remove & discard the bay leaf.

Makes 7 3/4 cup servings
