Introduction

I adapted this from a wonderful recipe by Quesosauce. I adapted this from a wonderful recipe by Quesosauce.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup of skim milk
    2 cups of All Bran
    1 cup of whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup of brown sugar (lightly packed)
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    1 teaspoon of baking soda
    2 tablespoons of cinnamon
    2 tablespoons of butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 cup of mashed banana
    1 tablespoon of vanilla
    ¾ c. raisins

Directions

Mix milk and cereal together and let sit while mixing other ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients. Add the raisins. Scoop into muffins lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
