    2 cups 1% milk
    2 slices of bacon
    1/4 cup white zinfandel wine
    2 cups raw minute rice
    2 cups fresh diced mushrooms
    1 small white onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tablespoon bacon drippings
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons white all purpose flour
    2 cups water
    1 chicken bouillion cube
    2teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon sea salt


take 2 cups of raw minute rice ,1 chicken bouillion cube and 2 cups of water and place in large bowl and put in microwave on high for 5 minutes stop and stir after 3 and continue.fry your 2 slices of bacon in medium frying pan till bacon crisp.remove bacon and place onpaper towels to cool.dice your fresh mushrooms, onion and garlic cloves. add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to bacon drippings and add your mushrooms ,onion and garlic along with your black pepper and sautee till onion is translucent and mushrooms are soft.add 1/4 cup of white wine and let boil a few minutes.take your 2cups 1% milk and place in a bowl with 2 tablespoons flour and whisk togethertill smooth. pour milk and flour in to sauteed ingredients and add the bacon back in to it after you crumble it up. stir ingredients and cook on medium until it starts to thicken (like gravy does).pour ingredients in to the rice mixture and stir til distributed evenly .
