Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 400 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
    Red Wine, 3tbsp

Directions

Brown beef in a large pot then remove
Add onions and garlic and sautee on med-low until onions are translucent
Add mushrooms until cooked through
Add beef, oregano, salt and pepper
Add strained tomatoes and stir
Add red wine

Allow to simmer on low for about 60mins.
