    * Almond Milk, 1 cup
    * Whole Wheat Flour organic, 0.75 cup
    * Cocoa, dry powder, Trader Joes 4 tbsp
    * Truvia sweetener 10 packets


Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a 12 muffin pan. They make great, light mini muffins you can just pop in your mouth or add a light whip topping... only 35 cals each!
