    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 1 oz (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)


Mix 2 Tablespoons nonfat yogurt with 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice, dill weed and lemon pepper. Add sliced cucumber and onion.
