    6 cups fresh green beans
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper


Prepare the beans as desired, although snapping or cutting into about 1" lengths seems to work best. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet until it just starts to shimmer. Add the beans and stir to coat with the oil. After that, stir occasionally for even cooking. Cook for about five minutes or until beans are tender. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, and stir one last time to coat evenly. Serve hot.
