A Beef Stew with some new twists. A Beef Stew with some new twists.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 .5 cup can of tomato paste
    1 lb bag of lentils
    1 10 oz of black beans
    3lbs of beef stew meat
    3 10 oz bags of broccoli florets, edamame, carrots, and celery frozen vegetables
    3 8 oz pkg of pacific foods organic vegetable broth
    1 cup onion
    1 tbsp garlic
    season to taste


sear beef in a skillet
add beef, tomato paste, beans, lentils, onion, garlic, and broth to large pan and bring to boil.
once boiling, add vegetables make sure it still is boiling, then lower heat.
continue to boil for 40 mins.
