Ingredients

    *Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% Fat Free, 1 can
    *Beer, Coors Light, 12 oz
    *Beef Bottom Round Steak, .64 oz

Directions

Flour the steak and lightly brown in frying pan sprayed with olive oil. Add beer and simmer for 15 min. Add soup and simmer for 45 min. I served it with brown rice and put the extra gravy on the rice too.
