    2 potato diced
    2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 7/8 cups chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups evaporated milk
    15 1/2 oz can salmon (pink)


Heat to boiling all ingredients except milk and salmon. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in milk and salmon. Heat until hot.
