Ingredients

    vegetable stock
    1 onion (sm)
    4 stalks celery chopped
    4 carrots
    zucchini (middle seeds removed
    1 acorn or summer squash
    1 leek cleaned and chopped
    1 sm head of cabbage
    3 cloves garlic(or as many as u like)
    chop ingredients till they r similar in size
    throw everything into pot bring to boil than simmer
