    1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons flour
    dash salt (1/16 teaspoon)
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/8 teaspoon vanilla


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until
smooth, about one minute. Pour out pancakes and fry on a hot greased griddle or frying pan. Pancakes will be thin.
