Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    2 small onions chopped
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp seasoning salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper

    2 C all purpose flour
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 3/4 C skim milk


In a large mixing bowl, combine flour salt and milk. Mix well. You will need to use your hands. Let dough sit while you make the filling.

Brown and drain ground beef. Add garlic and onion. Cook until onions are tender. Add seasoning salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

Divide dough into 8. Roll each piece of dough into a nice sized circle. Top each round with aprox 1/4 C of filling. Fold dough over to form a half circle. roll up outer edge of dough a little and pinch all over to seal. Bake at 350F aprox 20 min.
