    2 packages yeast
    1/2 cup warm water
    1.5 tablespoons sugar
    3 cups warm water
    3 tablespoons butter flavored crisco
    4 tablespoons dry milk
    1 tablespoon salt
    2.5 tablespoons splenda
    5 cups whole wheat flour
    3 cups white flour


dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water in very large mixing bowl. Add sugar, warm water, butter flavored crisco, dry milk, salt, and splenda. Blend with mixer. Add whole wheat flour and beat until smooth. Add white flour, knead and let rise one hour, punch down and knead into 36 rolls onto a greased cookie sheet. Let rise slightly. Bake at 375 about 10 minutes.
