Ingredients

    3/4 lb Sea Scallops
    1/4 c Dry White Wine
    1 Tbs Lemon Juice
    Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
    1/4 c Cracker Crumbs
    1/4 c Chopped Pecans
    1-1/2 teas Chopped Parsley
    1 Tbs Butter, melted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 deg

2. Arrange scallops in a single layer in a baking dish

3. Combine wine and lemon juice in a small measuring pitcher. Add salt and pepper to taste, and pour over the scallops.

4. Combine cracker crumbs, pecans, and parsley in a small bowl. Spoon evenly over the scallops.

5. Melt the butter and drizzle over the top.

6. Bake in preheated oven until topping is golden and scallops are opaque. (15 minutes.)
