Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans chopped tomatoes, drained
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
    2 cans Sweet Corn, drained
    1 can Black Beans, drained
    1 can Pinto Beans, drained
    1 box (32 oz) Beef Broth
    2 cups water
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    1 package Ranch Dressing (dry mix)

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet, add chopped onions and continue to simmer, then add to other ingredients in large dutch oven. Cook at medium low heat for one hour. Serves 16

Can be served with (or over) corn chips.
