    1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp dried sage
    1/4 tsp dried oreagno
    1 egg White
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/8 tsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp Tabasco Sauce, Optional
    1 Tbsp water


mix ingredients, Shape into patties. Place on bakiing sheet and broil 2-3" from heat about 5-7 minutes. Flip and broil another 5-7 minutes. You can also pan fry in a little olive oil.
