Ingredients

    1.25 lbs Extra Lean ground Turkey Breast
    1/4 Cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley
    1/4 Cup Italian Seasoning Bread crumbs
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Egg
    3 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
    2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well. Form into 9 (2.25oz) meatballs.
Bake ~30 minutes.
