    Butter spreadable Olivio, 4 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Sea salt coarse Alessi1/4 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp brownulated
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    3 large yams (equal at least 4 lbs)
    Corn starch Argo 100% pure, 1 tbsp
    Mix sugars together in medium bowl (add more or less sugars based on how many yams used). Microwave butter on high 30 seconds then add vanilla & salt. Cut yams in 1/2 inch slices & layer in Crockpot/slow cooker using one layer yams, one layer sugar ending with sugar mixture. Pour butter mixture on top. Cover & cook 4 hours on LOW or yams are tender. Spray pot with Pam or similar before layering yams. Remove yams to serving dish & keep warm. Remove remaining liquid from pot & add cornstarch. Put on stove & bring to boil. Boil 1 or 2 minutes or thickened & pour over yams.
