    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 med. onion, diced
    1 lg. green pepper, diced
    4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    14 oz. can bean sprouts drained
    1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
    1 cup cold water
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Brown beef, add onion & green pepper, cook until tender. Season with salt & pepper. Stir in mushrooms. Add gravy mix & water stirrin well. Simmer over med. heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sprouts & simmer another 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice, if desired.
